Shipping Options and Payments
General Shipping Information
- P.O. Boxes, APO or other military addresses. Hoover.com is no longer accepting these addresses as Ship To addresses. These addresses can still be used for Billing Address but you will need to ship to a different address. If you need to ship products to any of these types of addresses, please call our customer service department to place the order at 1-800-944-9200 M-F 8 AM - 7 PM EST.
- Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. You must choose Express Shipping (2-Day). Estimated shipping cost will be shown on the Shopping cart page. Final shipping charges will be shown on the order confirmation page.
- All orders will be processed for shipment within one to two business days and received at your home within seven to ten days.
- Shipment and delivery days are Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays.
- Standard (5-7 Days), Express (2-Day), and Next Day (Overnight) shipping costs are determined by the total dollar value of the order before tax in US Dollars.
- Express and Overnight orders must be received by 10:00 a.m. EST to be processed that day (Monday-Friday excluding holidays).
- Please allow two business days after your order is processed according to the above criteria for Express orders.
- Express and Overnight orders can only be shipped to US addresses and must be processed by credit card.
